Trimline supply high-end apartment project, Battersea, London

When Trimline were brought on board to supply tiling materials for the construction of high-end-apartments in the heart of London’s Battersea district, the team already knew the area well.

Local, and London-based, Trimline have served as a one-stop-shop for the high profile project: providing everything from tile backer board (Dukkaboard), tile adhesives (Mapei and Kerakoll), tiling trims (Schluter and A-Trim), stone sealer (Lithofin and Vulcaseal), temporary protection, and a range of other materials.

Begun in 2012, the large-scale project is still underway. True to form, Trimline haven’t just provided materials, but technical advice and hands-on guidance throughout the project. Whether helping to specify materials, sending product samples to the client, or going on site to train fitters in the proper use and application of materials, Trimline have offered a complete service.

As products are normally required on a next-day basis, Trimline have engaged in forward planning to anticipate the on-going material needs of the project- ensuring products are ready to meet tight booked-in delivery deadlines. Through careful management of stock and coordination with the warehouse, the team have succeeded in providing quicker, better turnaround times- and have exceeded the client’s expectations time and again.

As a result, the customer has been pleased with the outstanding level of service provided, and has continued to work with Trimline on a number of additional noteworthy projects since 2012.
