Holland Park Villas

Overlooking Holland Park, in close proximity to Kensington High Street and Notting Hill, the development is within close proximity of local transport links, cafés and markets.

Containing 68 prime residential apartments and four penthouses, Trimline Group where contracted to supply the Schluter and Mapei specified products for the spa, swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and treatment rooms.

Working closely with the main and sub-contractors, Trimline delivered Schluter Kerdi-Board, the Schluter Kerdi-Kerba tanking system, Mapei Adhesives and grout, along with bespoke brass trims.

Specific project challenges included a single access road, meaning vehicles must be carefully walked in and out of site, deliveries had to be booked-in for exact times and drivers were required to wait for approval to proceed to the site. Trimline addressed the issue by assigning dedicated drivers to work on this project – at no additional cost to the client. This enabled materials to be delivered on-time and within the client’s approved delivery protocol.
