Our Story

Trimline’s unique offering, which combines multiple products and solutions into a complete package, means we bring endless benefits to architects, interior designers and developers. We are committed to meeting our customers’ needs today, tomorrow and in the evolving marketplace of the future.

Today, a third-generation family business, we work closely with architects and interior designers, on residential and commercial projects, bringing a huge breadth of knowledge that spans thousands of products. Our cost-effective and trusted solutions are relied upon by some of the world’s most ambitious developers and contractors.

Market Education

Here at Trimline we believe we have a responsibility to bring increased education to the tiling industry, ensuring tiling excellence and always looking for better methodology. In 2016, we moved to new premises at the Teardrop Centre in Swanley, adjacent to the M20-M25 junction. Here, we have recently invested in new training facilities and interactive technologies, seeing us roll out a series of workshops and informative training sessions, CPD sessions and talks, for all our clients across our sectors.

Designed to be both informative and educational, trainees will get hands-on with products to gain confidence and learn recognised best practice and industry standards.

Best Practice

With offices and warehousing based on the edge of the M25, London is on our doorstep. This gives easy access to the city and nationwide coverage. We currently stock over 2,500 products in a 65,000-square foot warehouse. While sourcing globally, we rely heavily on manufacturing in the UK.

Trimline operates several different vehicle types to ensure that we meet all our customer needs and expectations. Providing jobs for over 60 people, we ship out over 50 tons per day. A well-structured operations department ensures that we route our vehicles in the most efficient way, by using a route optimisation system that allows us to reduce our emission output. All our vehicles are compliant with ULEZ.

Trimline also operates under the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme accreditation, currently holding bronze standard. A voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators, it aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations, to demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency and environmental protection.

Today, we supply products and services across the globe. Whether importing own-brand tiles from Europe or selling complete systems to projects in the Middle East, Trimline isn’t merely a supplier; we also excel at time-sensitive projects and taking on technically tough challenges anywhere in the world.
